Changing Faces and Places in the Community helps to solve this problem through real estate development in under-served areas and with home ownership assistance to qualified families and seniors.

With your support CFPC will work to strengthen neighborhoods and families with affordable housing and complementary programs that provide essential health and wellness services.

Changing Faces and Places builds and administers housing that is designed to produce lasting benefits. As a minority owned nonprofit organization, CFPC relies on its own resources and your donations together with select state and federal assistance programs to sustain an ongoing effort to improve the quality of life available to elderly households. By increasing home ownership and enabling independent living, CFPC fosters community-based economic growth while promoting cultural diversity and vitality.
